Reserva de Marbella is walking distance to local shops and restaurants and has a south facing balcony overlooking the gardens, valley and with sea views, complete with patio furniture.

The apartments are set in beautiful, landscaped tropical gardens. There are 3 swimming pools, cascading through waterfalls, into each other. There is also a Jacuzzi and an infant pool.

Lifeguards are in attendance in the summer months. The complex is enclosed for your security and has underground parking space, with lift access to the apartment.

They are light, airy and comfortably furnished, with settees and dining table to seat 6 people.

The television can receive the normal 'free to air' UK satellite channels and there is a stereo centre, for your cd's and local radio stations.

The Kitchens are fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dish washer.

The master bedroom can has 'en suite' facilitiesand can be used as either a double bed or twin beds, the 2nd bedroom is twin bedded and there is another full bathroom to service the other bedroom.

Reserva de Marbella has a direct access road to the beach, over a bridge which is only a short 15 minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants situated in the Marina and on the beach itself.

The apartments are in an ideal location for many of the surrounding golf courses and activities. Cabopino Golf course is pratically on the doorstep and the horse riding stables and the buggy safari premises are only a few minutes drive away.

The area is famous for 'Chiringuitos' or beach bars, serving 'pescaitos fritos' and your favourite cocktail.
