To give you an idea of what we offer you will find below a list of activities in brief. These are not all the activities we offer, just the most popular. You can combine any of the activities into your adventure holiday or corporate weekend.
All of the activities are also available as part of a team building exercise and can be booked for groups of 12 adults and over.

Buggy Safari
 This is a chance for your group to spend some time out in the Andalucian hills in an offroad buggy. All buggies are road legal and carry 2 people comfortably.
Our experienced guides can show you the sights in the hills around Marbella from a totally different perspective. It's exciting, fun and your group will love it.
Quad biking
 Quad biking is probably the most popular of all the activities we offer, and with the Costa del Sol being one of the most famous off-road locations in the world, it is easy to see why this opportunity is unmissable.
With its abundant sand dunes, mountainous ravines and dry riverbeds it really is a perfect setting to experience the thrills of quad biking.
Scuba diving
 Scuba diving is one of the activities for the more adventurous. There are over 50 dive sites along the coast foir you to enjoy.
You can achieve any of the PADI certified courses ranging from absolute beginner to 'Open Water' or even Dive Master, fully qualified.
Canyoning
 Those who have tried it, have been captivated by the fearful waterfalls and tranquil, crystalline pools that excite the emotions from start to finish.
Rappelling down waterfalls, jumping into natural pools, sliding down smooth rocks and swimming through water-filled passages is the order of the day.
Climbing
 Hard
overhanging sport routes, long multi-pitch epics and pleasant
slab routes are the order of the day with the majority
of the rock being perfect, compact Spanish limestone.
All
levels of experience are catered for, whether you are
a novice climber or an “old hand.”
Golf
 Europe’s capital of golf, the “Costa del Golf”, offers a wide range of top quality courses to suit golfers of all abilities, from the technically demanding, to the more straight forward.
Most golf courses are within easy reach of your groups’ accommodation, and nearly all have practice facilities and offer professional tuition.
Hiking
 We have created a programme consisting of some of the most spectacular hiking excursions through the National Parks of Malaga and Cadiz.
You can also mix and match hikes with any of the other activities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Horse riding
 Prosol
will help you to enjoy the most relaxing horse riding
holiday you will ever experience here on the Costa del Sol.
Andalucia
is the perfect place to trek through and appreciate the spectacular scenery of this rugged coastline from horseback.
Mountain biking
 You will be riding quality mountain bikes and using quality equipment.
Our experienced guides will ensure that all precautions are taken and that plenty of stops for rest, food and drink are part of the programme for the day.
4x4 Off roading
 We do not
simply drive as far and as fast as we can, but use the
4 wheel drive ability of our vehicles to take you to
some of the more unusual and spectacular parts of Andalucia.
You can choose to do a jeep safari or to drive the vehicles yourself accompanied by one of our instructors.
Paintballing
 Welcome to the battle zone! Although paintballs are harmless and the colour washes off with water, this is the activity that will get your group bursting with adrenalin and buzzing with the excitement of the battle.
All clothing and ammunition is provided for a day of extreme fun.
Potholing
 A very popular activity that entices visitors to “Cueva del Gato” in the Malaga region. This cave measures 4.5 kms in length and has
an underground river which forms huge caverns and has twenty one underground lakes.
Well worth a visit even for the curious.
Sea fishing
 Sea fishing is a great way to have a relaxing day and to enjoy views of the coast while fishing for tuna, marlin or even sharks.
It is also an ideal corporate weekend activity that can be included in any itinery.
Watercraft and Powerboat Training
 As part of your adventure holiday why not enjoy a watercraft training course. Jet ski, powerboat, whatever craft is for you, there is a course available.
All courses are R.Y.A. certified and are internationally recognised. You can train to be safer in the water while having a great time.
Tennis
 We
will be happy to arrange as much, or as little tennis
for you as you wish.
The Full Playing Package, however,
is the most popular, offering one and a half hours court
time per day – three mix ins per day and two Round
Robin tournaments in the week.
Yachting and sailing
 Cruise the waters around Gibraltar, visit Portugal, Morocco and the North African coastline while you learn a professional sailing qualification or just enjoy the mind blowing views.
There are levels for all ages and capabilities.
