Potholing and caving
One side of Andalucia that many people may not be aware of is that it is a province with a surprising number and variety of caves.
Some of these are well-known and open to the public, but there are many more hidden away in the rugged mountains and back country.
Take “Cueva del Gato” in the Malaga region, for
instance; this cave measures 4.5 kms in length and has
an underground river which forms huge caverns and has
twenty one underground lakes!
Our
experienced guides will help you explore these caves
in great detail, taking time to inform you about the
dramatic rock formations and underground caverns.
