Terms and conditions
1. Accommodation and activities
Land arrangements will be provided as described for each individual holiday. Hotels and activities are subject to availability at time of booking. If a listed hotel or activity centre is not available, a hotel or activity of similar quality will be substituted. If any services provided or inclusive features of any trip is not used there will be no refund or exchange made.
2. Terms
On all activity holidays there is a minimum required deposit of 30 Euros per person balance of which is due 3 months before arrival by credit card. All payments to be made in Euros.
3. Travel Insurance
Prosol does not provide insurance and we strongly advise all clients to take out private insurance. Airlines are subject to international conventions limiting liability.
4. Changes to bookings
Once a programme has been booked and confirmed, we reserve the right to make an administration fee of £10.00 (or equivalent) per change requested by the client or his agent.
5. Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges apply:
Less than 45 days before the booked tour Prosol reserve the right not to provide any refund.
6. Settlement
Prosol reserve the right to convert payments to the Euro equivalent as per the mid-market rate on that day.
Prosol expects all payment to be made by credit card.
7. Responsibility
Prosol gives notice that all tickets and coupons issued by them, and all arrangements for transport or conveyance, or for hotel accommodation are made by them as agent upon the express conditions that they shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through acts of default of any company or person engaged to convey their passengers therewith, or any hotel proprietor or servant. Prosol accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes on flights, steamers, or any other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations in air, or steamship, or railroad services of the various countries, or by other causes.
The right is reserved to withdraw from any activity or adventure holiday announced in this programme and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tours. Prosol reserves the right to decline to accept, or to retain any person as a member of the party at any time.
The right is also reserved to cancel the holiday prior to departure. In such case full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the passengers. The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any acts, omissions, or events during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passenger contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines of these tours and/or passengers. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no responsibility for any liability to any traveller aside from their liability as common carriers.
Prosol cannot be held responsible for activities being cancelled due to maintenance or, any works being carrier out by the any activity centre.
8. Foreign Exchange
Prosol reserves the right to charge all deposits and balances in euros using an exchange rate of 1.45 against the pound. |
